refunds and replacements

Refunds are given with absolutely no penalty up until the time of the tournaments start time. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after verifying the order. We will contact you for your preferred method of refund (Cashapp, Paypal, Venmo). We will release the funds within 1-3 business days and You will receive the credit within (up to) 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Replacement Tickets are available if you need to reschedule for a future event. Please just contact us using the form above letting us know you need to move the date to a future event and we will immediately make that change for you.
